I always noticed the pizza place on NE and wondered if it was supposed to be a vacant store. I think I'd like to see the Brick.

It's funny and odd they never incorporated that place, nor Rosyln's Cafe into the show.
I popped into Rosyln's Cafe and it's cute. I'd eat there for sure. The Pizza Village was closed the day I was there. I should "Yelp" it and see if the reviews are any good.

That's interesting. I live in Seattle, and go to the Brick at least 2-3 times a year. I have never had bad service, even when busy. Never had a burger there either, so I can't comment on that. I usually get the waffle fries and chili, or wings, etc. Plus, the local Roslyn beer is decent, and the 1/2 off happy hour is always nice.
The filming for the interior shots of the Brick appear to have been done in the actual bar for the first two seasons. When it was only 8 episodes in a season. For the later seasons, they did the filming on a sound stage in Redmond, WA. You can tell which scenes other than the brick were on a sound stage as well.
Now, what is really sad, is that the KBHR studios have gone to crap. they never took care of it, like they shut the door on the last day of filming, and left it. All of the wall decorations are faded, warped, and dusty. You can tell that it was built 'wild' as they call it, where the front wall comes off so they can film the scenes there. Overall, I really love the small town of Roslyn, and would love to live there, or in nearby Cle Elum.
